Character Names: emonbrandt, Souless, Cubed Last thing you did: was farming in one of the maps Why do you think you got banned?: I may have had my vpn on when playing I use it sometimes so I suppose it's possible it may have been on, otherwise I don't know why I would have been banned. Ban Message: I received this 'error code: -2147287038 (unknown error 0x80030002)' after I finish logging in and it sends me into the game, it immediately closes the program at that point. Not sure if this constitutes a 'ban' it may just be another error non-ban related but i really don't know. I haven't received this before.
If you're able to get past the login screen, then you aren't banned. From what I could see based on that error code, you appear to have outdated files or are missing some that are needed to run the game. I'd suggest you uninstall and re-download the current files, and make sure you have the Mapleroyals folder in your anti-virus exceptions so you don't lose important files.
