We were live together in college dorm, timing is during June 2018 to Oct 2019.

yes have individual computers but sometimes exchange because play other game or doing the text report.

Hi, we have checked our logs and noted that the account containing the character with the IGN rainnnnn looks like it was not created by you.

However, we have evidence showing that you have claimed that rainnnnn is your Hero and our logs also show that both your account and rainnnnn were logged in from the same computer at the same time.

Could you please provide an explanation to this?
