Hi, could you please connect using your WiFi and see if you could log back into your account? It seems that your phone hotspot IP address may be blocked.
I changed to another phone hotspot and it works now. Could I get the blocked IP address unblocked in any way?
Sorry, we don't unban IP addresses as they were previously used by hackers or rule breakers. You would have to contact your ISP to change your IP address. Either way, I'm glad that it worked out for you and that your account isn't banned. I will be closing your appeal now.
It was banned when the voting bugged out. Told me I voted but NX wasn't credited so I kinda spammed "vote" but NX still wasn't credited. Thanks for clarifying
