Last thing you did: Don't remember whatsoever been months if not a year + I used to just train my cleric on that account Why do you think you got banned?: I'm sure this was just an error or glitch (or even worse I got hacked) that could be resolved promptly, as I surely have no ban / cheating history before Ban message when attempting to log in: "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection" What GM banned you (optional): Doesn't say! Should note, this is my secondary account that I was training my Cleric / bishop on. I made sure to check if having multiple accounts was allowed so I didn't bother with the appeal but was told it was alright. Anyway, hope you guys could resolve it soon, thank you.
Hi, it seems like your account was hacked and we have subsequently banned it to prevent any further damage to it. Could you please reset your login details such as your password, PIN and PIC via the Control Panel on our website and let me know once you've done that?
Hey Chee thanks for the quick reply, it seems the pin was changed so I went to reset it but can't for the life of me remember the email address to that account. Are you guys able to reset it from your end?

However, you may request for assistance with account recovery via this link: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/lost-email-or-username.154999/ Once you've done that, an admin will attend to your request in due course and you should be able to reset your login details after that
