IGNs: idkbro - got ticket ronjj- no ticket ronl - no ticket ronjjscrash2 - no ticket ronjjscrash3 - no ticket ronjjsfp - no ticket ronjjsil - no ticket to me, your point makes sense, "idkbro" is the only one I got it on and I'm quite sure he completed the quest only 1 time more than the others, while the others completed it exactly 20 times unless I missed 1 day which I really doubt I did. I will use this opportunity to suggest one thing that I wanted to open a feedback thread about is that next time, we can see a counter of how many times we completed the quest after each time of completion, like the one that we had while hunting Pierre 20 times for the zombie ring, so we can avoid this many people being confused, it will also help most people to actually complete it.
ye heard that they are checking this problem in source and people could post Igns here but hopefully it can be an automatic fix
@Matt I believe it was given out on the 21st turn in and not the 20th. After 20 days had passed, everyone who I spoke to that did it everyday said they never got their coupon yet. However, on the 21st turn in, they received their coupons.
igns: switchlanes and ilMare My other 2 mages did it along with these two^ and both of them got it but these 2 didnt
IGN: Unlucker. I got it on my bishop but not on my sair. I missed a few days on both but I'm pretty sure that everyday I got a present on one I did it for the other. It is possible however, at the beginning I missed an extra day on my sair.

Hi, I believe my character has reached 20 days, which I remembered my first day to submit advent calender quest is on 5th day until 25th day. Please help to check~ IGN: RebeccaYao
I can now confirm that there was indeed an issue with the advent calendar event where it was giving the coupon on the 21st hand in rather than the 20th. We will be arranging a server check soon to implement a way for players to get their missing 1.5x coupon from an NPC, we will also have this NPC tell you how many turn-ins you did in case you thought you should have gotten one, so players will be able to check everything there.
I will be locking this thread so people stop spamming their IGNs lol. The fix should be processed automatically, so please create a new bug report if the issue is not resolved. Thank you everyone!
