Banned for no reason...

when i was tring to log in my ID it said my account has blocked for hacking or illegal use for third-party programs =_=.... i was so confused because i didn't do anything like that, how could that happened??? my ID is bigrabbit and i hope you can solve it for me, many thanks.

 

Hugerabbit was banned for vac hacking among other things.

 

...so can i use that amount anymore? it's already level 60 and i spent a lot of time on it..

 

i tried a new ID, it can log in but disconnected to the login server after the character selection....i think my network IP is also banned because of the hacking...i use SINGTEL, how can i solve it?

so can i play with any other accounts ? Is that my IP been permanently banned or just for that account?

...i didn't modify the game..i didn't creating cheats or hacks and i even don't know how to hack..i just created a character and played for about 2 days...i don't know what's wrong..

but now my problem is after i use a new ID which logs in perfectly, but it says disconnection to the login server after the character selection. i tried register IP but it cannot work. the ID is hugerabbit =_= my IP is 116.15.221.194 and my network don't have a proxy.

 

You cannot login again. No matter how many accounts or characters you try to recreate. You have been banned. Permanently.
