I got only one character his name is AkunaBatata

 

Okay, I was just making sure there weren't any hidden issues. You don't appear to be banned on our end. I would suggest restarting your router to try and get a different IP address if you haven't done so already, as your ISP may have given you a connection that is already banned.

 

I restarted the router as you said and the same message still appears..
