IGN: Bryzeis Problem: Voted but didn't get NX Details: As every morning routine, I jump into my computer and vote . I keep a really organize track of my NX accountability on a Google Sheet, to prepare future Gachapon runs and profit. Today, after voting, I log on and completed the Dinner set quest and it rewarded me with 3 x 250 NX coupon. I went into the Cash Shop and register my 750 bonus NX. I was surprised to see that I went from 314 900 NX yesterday to only 315 650 NX (+750 NX) but I should have been at 323 650 NX (+8000 voting NX + 750 NX from quest). I have checked the troubleshooting guide as Dave suggested. Couldn't help my issue unfortunately. Please find below the following screenshot from both websites (Mapleroyals + Gtop100) saying I already voted plus my NX track. I will update this thread if the 8k NX arrived later today ! Thank you ! Bry Edit : I am at 322 950 NX @22:02 (server time). Get 5k from Zak + Dinner quest + mini boss hunt = + 7 300 NX. With the 8k I should have been at 330 950 NX today. Voting worked today (23/12/20), I am now at 331 700 NX. Still missing the 8k from yesterday. Used all NX (2550 NX left) to gachapon (23/12/20) - Should be at 10 550 NX.
Only the 22nd of december Since it worked fine ! I clear all my cookies and stuff after this happened
