It doesn't mean that they won't get fixed; in this case the bug cannot be fixed until the next patch. Thank you for the report. I believe the cloak clasp/brooch is visible through the crossbow.
The corner of the cape is above crossbow, which shouldn't happen as the crossbow is above the character.
Don't think this is possible to fix due to design limitation by Wizet. The shoulder pads should go above the character's head, the crossbow should go above the head, but below the hands, so that it looks like the character is holding the crossbow. Unfortunately the shoulder pads layer is above that of the crossbow, and as far as I know there is no layer we can use which is between the two (client decides).
Hmm... guess i'll keep up with nx cape then. Hope i get a better pink gaia cape one day, although it's not worth it for visual aspect Thanks for the attempt to fix it!
