After hunting lanterns and dark foxes, I left my character in the Showa or shrine. Then, at after some hours, I quit the client per PC. A few hours later, when I tried to start the game again, I got a message

Could you explain why you were seen attacking from only one spot and not looting any drops as well as performing repeated actions, while ignoring the prompts by another player?
We're talking about a broken dragon's nest, right? If I'm wrong, please point it out. The reason is that on that map, you can easily level up with a long range character. There is a risk of character death if I pick up a drop, and there are no high value drops, so I missed it. I ignored messages from characters who were not GMs because I know that many people in that surrounding map talk to players for the purpose of abusing them. Eventually I responded to messages from the GM.
I'm not welcome here lol. Since I was the one who did something that was misunderstood, I might as well be ignored. In other words, am I correct in saying that I was banned for lack of evidence?
Please be patient and await our response here. Nobody is ignoring you and we are dealing with appeals accordingly. We will discuss the evidence that we have against you and will let you know what the outcome of your appeal will be. Until then, please refrain from posting again and just wait for us to respond to you. Don't worry, we do not deliberately ignore anyone who require our assistance.
