Closed Lost weapon after snowman

    Problem: My gun is gone
    Details:
    8 hours ago I logged off right after doing snowman.
    If I remember correctly, I didn't drop or sell anything before/after snowman.
    I just got my mittens on, killed snowman, got my rewards, exit happyville and logged off.
    I think I didn't get my guns back on before logging off, and when I logged back in a few minutes ago, I couldn't find my concerto in my inventory.
    It is a 105/3 concerto I bought several months ago.
    Could any GM please check where my gun vanished?
    I really think I didn't drop or sell it...

    It was after ch3 snowman was defeated and I'm guessing 30 Dec 2020, 20:30~21:00 (UTC)

    One more thing I forgot to mention is that I went to the cash shop before logging off.
    I can't remember if it was in happyville or free market, but I visited the cash shop to exchange NX in my inventory.

    I'm sorry, but I can't find any evidence of there being issues that could lead to an item randomly disappearing like this. I've spoken to our developer and he's checked all functions relating to changing maps as well as the functions that are used by Rupi. We've also checked our error log for any errors thrown by your character around the time and we couldn't find anything. And unfortunately since we do not currently log every single movement of items we also cannot prove with 100% certainty that the item wasn't accidentally disposed of by other means. Therefore we will not be able to refund you for this item loss.
