Have you checked your spam folder? If you've still not received it, you may have tried to use the wrong e-mail address. If that is the case, you may make a post here: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/lost-email-or-username.154999/ This link will lead you to a guide that lays out the steps for account recovery. Once you've made a post there, an admin will attend to your request whenever they are available
