IGN: Silvers, Shakky, IppoKun, Santouka, Slivers Problem: Unable to complete advent calendar 20 times due false RWT ban Details: I had to serve a false RWT ban for simply selling a 13 atk pgc for 5.7b, which has prevented me from completing the advent calendar on any of my characters. I don't think I should be bumping my ban appeal again for this issue, and there has been two feedback threads made about this topic as well. In my opinion, filing a character issues post to be evaluated by staff on a case by case basis seems like the most reasonable way to proceed, and I hope the false ban rate is low enough such that requests like this will not become a headache for staff to handle. In particular, I would like to ask for the 1.5x coupons for completing the advent calendar to be refunded to the characters I listed above. You can check that I have completed the quest enough times on these characters prior to my ban such that I was on pace to obtain the 1.5x coupon before the deadline. Note that what I'm asking for is not a generic rule to refund a 1.5x coupon with duration equal to the time of the ban appeal or something - I think that is the job of the feedback threads to decide and deserves plenty of thought and discussion before implementation, and I don't expect any retroactive compensation given that my ban occurred before the discussion took place. I'm only asking compensation regarding the specific case of the Christmas advent calendar quest, where the false ban feels extremely punishing and unfair for players who spend and plan to spend a lot of time in the game. If you think refunding for all 5 characters is excessive and open to abuse, then I still believe something like refunding up to a maximum of 3 characters is pretty reasonable, and significantly fairer than the status quo. Lastly, I understand it's easy for staff to say "Sorry we can't do this", but if you would just empathize from the player's perspective - every time I log on to grind, farm area bosses, leech my characters, I am reminded that my effort is going to be only worth 67% of everyone else's, and it is very demotivating. The only redeeming factor is that many other players in the community, whether it affected them directly or not, cared and have voiced their opinions in feedback threads, and I hope staff can act proactively on this, instead of hoping that I and other players will just forget about it with time (or, at least that is what it looks like on my side).
