You are correct, you were banned for macro-botting, since you did not respond to someone trying to get your attention for over 3 minutes while performing the same repetitive actions, which leads us to believe you were not playing the game yourself.
Well, I actually don't see anyone was trying to get my attention since that map is empty and I got no friends and guildmates who will pm me or chat with me F4. Is it possible for me to get unbanned since I believed that it was a misunderstand ban?
If you didn't see anyone in your map, you obviously weren't looking at your screen. You will remain banned for macrobotting.
