I think my IP address is banned? When I open the game, it loads properly until I go to sign in at the home screen. When I put in my account info, it doesn't decline my username or password but, it says "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection. Please check again." I have: - reset my router - redownloaded the game - tried from a different computer on the same address All same result. This is my first post on the forums and I haven't played in a few months so I'm not sure if this belongs in the technical help section. I'd appreciate any help!

I tend to sporadically play when I'm over at friend's houses irl but, my home IP has been banned for a long time now. Hi, it seems that you are trying to connect to the game from a banned IP address. Since restarting your router and modem doesn't seem to work., is it possible for you to contact your ISP to change your IP address?
I was really hoping to not have to go through that process with my ISP. Is there any chance that you would be able to remove my IP from the banned list?
