F/p grinding question

I got a question about a petri grind with a fire mage.
Let's say I grind there with mist at lv 81 and the mobs are lv 110 as I know.
So if I got someone in my pt lv 50 he will gain exp from my kills or he has to be 5 levels bellow the killer?(the mage)
Cause both of the characters aren't close to the mob level so I'm not sure how it works.

In your case, he has to be 5 lvl bellow the killer to take party exp.

 

leecher must be equal to or over -5 of mob level so no

 

But it the leecher isn't -5 so people that -5 from the leecher can be leeched?

 

leecher can be 5 levels below the killer and still receive exp.

your leecher would need to be atleast lvl 76 if your mage is lvl 81

 

Only thing is ulu maps are lvl 80+ now....
