DC after I select a character (probably MAC ban related)

Yea I saw the sticky but I'm pretty sure my prob is not client-sided so I'm asking GMs to look into this.

So here goes:
Last time I played on Royals, my friend and I got banned for a month and therefore had to wait till the ban ended.
It's been over a month and we finally decided to come play again but now we both have this problem:

I'm pretty sure we got MAC banned by accident and because this is a mistake I don't think it should belong in ban appeal (cuz our official 'ban period' is over)
anyway this is my user (KiCkUrAsS) and my friend's is yamt123.
