I don't care for an unban as it's only 3 more days and I doubt I'll play this game too much anymore anyways. The only thing that I could imagine triggering a ban would be voting related as I was recently approved for a whitelist application (so there may be multiple votes from my household), and I wouldn't be surprised if the staff found a way to fuck that up too.
you are indeed temporarily banned for your voting behavior. This wasn't a mistake or something to do with your whitelist application however as you've been voting on both Heavens and Extelia on the same days mainly in august 2020. The 'fuck up' is on your end for this case.
