Why you think I got banned: I'm not sure if I got banned or my account got deleted/blocked? Ban message when attempting to log in: "This ID has been deleted or blocked from connection. Please try again." Edit: I recently changed my password in attempt to try to log in to the control panel a week or two ago. I am currently on a Macbook bootcamp, running Windows Home.
Your account was hacked back in 2018 and banned to prevent further access. You will need to reset your PIN and PIC as well before we can unban you.
I am unable to reset my PIN and PIC through the Control Panel. I get these responses: "Please log into the game and set a PIC to help keep your account secure." and "Please log into the game and set a PIN to help keep your account secure." Not sure how I could possibly set these two without logging in, if I'm banned from logging in.
