(1) Wiz the Librarian: Retrieving the Storybook on The Kids That Became the Sun and the Moon (In progress) (2) Haenim: The Kids That Became the Sun and the Moon (3) Haenim: The Storybook on The Kids That Became the Sun and the Moon (Replacement item quest) I know I can trigger (3) by dropping the storybook after receiving it from (2), which would give me the storybook once again. But I was a bit careless, so after completing (3) I dropped the storybook again. Also, since (2) is already completed, it can't be triggered again by forfeiting and reaccepting (1). I hope GM could kindly give me the item if there is no way to remedy the situation, thank you.

Yes. The details are as stated in my OP: To complete (1), I need a quest item from (2) and (3), which I dropped twice by accident. Forfeiting (1) doesn't seem to work because (2) and (3) are already completed and cannot be triggered again. Please let me know if you need more information, thanks!
Although it is unlikely that the Staff can process rollback or compensation caused by player's mistake, will still forward the above scenario to the Admins for confirmation
please contact an active gm to get them to drop the story book for you so you can progress your quest
