Closed ID has been deleted or blocked from connection

Hello i used to play on this server a long time ago and for some reason I cant log in. maybe I can get some help here? or at least a reason to why my account has been deleted?

All Your Character Names:I dont remember all the characters names,main was "yachiru"
Last thing you did:I dont remeber the last thing i did since it was a long time ago
Why do you think you got banned?:I have no clue to why i got banned
Ban message when attempting to log in: this is an id that has been deleted or blocked from connection

 

If you can remember any other characters, please list them. When was the last time you remember logging in?

 

ughh i really cant remember. i think i had like 3 more characters but the main was yachiru
i think last time i logged in was in early 2019

 

any help would be appreciated
