What GM banned you (optional): maybe the unsafe VPN, I only used it once to play PUBG in my computer, however I found i can’t play Maple. Please help me, I want to come back.

This is strange! I purposely avoid that so I vote mostly on 4G, Only once a day. I remember my roommate plays Maple too, but I'm sure we're totally different networks. The nighttime network breaks down occasionally during weekdays, so I have to use 4G to play games sometimes . Could it be that my roommate used to use my 4G network, so that you thought we were the same network. I’m sure I didn't vote much.
Dear administrators, thank you for your reply and tell me the reason why my account is banned. I do have two accounts But I am sure I didn’t mean to vote abuse. First I have lots of xn and don’t need to risk with only two accounts , I always voted and seldom spend it ,voting is a habit in the day. Second was it because my roommate used my net that casused my ban, she didn’t use it much. Finally do I still have a chance to return back with my old accounts. I have put a lot of effort. If I can, I would pay great attention on it and go to register white list right away
