Moderate Mount Quest Redo?

    Hello,

    I have a case where I have the saddle already but it's making me do the questline to get the hog again. I'm at the point where its asking me to buy the dragon potion for $20M, but I already have the hog. Is this a glitch? I've attached a screenshot. Is there a way to skip this so I can just get the warthog?
