Hello, I am sort of new to the forum.. but I really need help with this one. I recently bought an RP item with my bucc called Fluffy Snow Bunny which was supposedly applicable to all weapons according to the description. I tried putting on the Fluffy Snow Bunny in the CS and it worked too. But it only says that it can't be put on with knuckles after I bought it and tried it in the open world. Is there any way I can get my RP back or perhaps this could be fixed so I can actually put it on? :c Thank you so much!
Hello, apologies for this issue. I will have a Developer investigate this issue and hopefully come up with a fix. In the mean time, I've made a note for an Admin to remove and refund your Fluffy Snow Bunny item. Could you share the IGN of the character with this item? Thank you!

Hi poppii, I apologise for the wait. You can certainly be refunded by an Admin, please make a Character Issues thread here: https://royals.ms/forum/forums/character-issues.55/ We will adjust the weapon in the next patch to reflect its true nature. Sorry for the inconvenience!
