Error code messagr

    Every time I try to log in I can get to putting in my password and pic and as my character is logging in the game shuts down and I get

    error code: -2147287038 (unknown error 0x80030002)

    Any help would be much appreciated thanks

    Please do install the latest game files as that error code means you are using outdated game files
