Hello I was playing mapleroyals last night for a good 4 hours when my game just randomly crashed and had told me that, the file cannot be supported because it has been moved. My shortcut changed its logo and then deleted itself off my laptop completley. This is the 2nd time it has happened and I just had donated so I'm pretty sad I would love to continue to play the game however this is a common issue for me resulting in me taking breaks for months on end due to me not being able to run the game. My hand's are tied and my heart is broken please help . All fire walls have been turned off and I cannot even find the file they say is "Missing" it's not in my reycle bin or in any of the mapleroyals folders. I have tried to dl both versions 800x600 and the other and I can't get it running again. I was playing all day yesterday and it just randomly crashed.

Hey dude I appreciate the help but it does not show any advice for people who only have the windows defender and firewall ADVANCE security. and for some reason I can't figure this out Any advice?
Under the spoiler of Windows 7, 8 and 10 is the settings about turning off real-time protection for Windows Defender Not sure what you mean by firewall advance security, do you have a screenshot of the mentioned software?
