Closed Clarity on dustin claiming evasion?

    Last thing you did: I flooded smega, which is a 3 day ban. I don't remember why I never replied back then, but I guess it might've had to do with not understanding the situation entirely.
    Why do you think you got banned?: Accusing gms abusing their power and turned into perm banned

    Even if you had some sort of misunderstanding you were later banned for ban evading on top of that

    Hi tim, thank you for you reply.

    As you've mentioned that I ban evaded which I don't remember doing so. This has been bothering me for so many years since I don' remember me bypassing any accounts to log on during my 3 days ban. Do you think you could provide date and time that I evaded the ban ? I honestly didn't have to go back into an empty account that was banned 7 years ago and risk everything. All I'm asking kindly is that if you could provide how I tried to evade the ban since I had no idea how to bypass banned accounts. Please reconsider and review my case and I'll accept what ever the outcome will be.

    Your ban appeal on feb 23rd 2014 shows that you were permanently banned. You haven't appealed that ban further and weren't unbanned at the time, instead you chose to play on new accounts more recently on your character Adriana for example.
    Being permanently banned doesn't mean you can ignore your ban appeal and give up on that while restarting on new accounts, a permanent ban is for you as a player.
    Your recent accounts were banned for ban evasion yet again

    Good evening Tim,

    As I've mentioned before, if I decided to evade the ban I wouldn't have made this appeal and just could've continued playing without going through the trouble. I'm just seeking for evidence on how I evaded my 3 days ban and turned into perm banned in the past since I don't recognize me playing during the ban period. As my intention was never to break the ToS or challengeing any GMs and if I really wanted to ignore my appeal, I wouldn't have bring that back after for so long. As for why I didn't made an appeal before, I honestly have no idea other than being immature and didn't want to go through troubles.

    I'm fully aware that all the admins and gms have been busy working on other bans as I really hope you could also discuss with other admins and gms to reconsider my ban.
