Solved [Solution Given] Account Blocked forgot pin

Hello, i forgot my pic and i got blocked for many attempts


I tried to change pic in game but it doesn't work, i would like to get some help please.

Block is requesting to change password and pic, already changed pass but didn't find a way to change pic.

Hello, after many tries i quit, i'm trying again in the link you sent, but it only send me to the new control panel post, but i cant go thru cuz i don't remenber the name of my char, is there any other way i can recover that acc?.
