-Why do you think you got banned?: Main account: Really clueless about this one since it says harassment yet I barely talk to anyone new in game since I'm usually in the FM. I also stream on Twitch so obviously I'm careful with what I say with everyone watching. Mule account: "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked" Not sure about this one either since I don't spend much time on it usually.

You are banned for threatening about mass defamation.

 

If you're talking about an incident that happened a few months ago (the only one I can think of) then this is incorrect. First of all, I defamed the individual within the allowable limit with my own characters. Secondly, I never made any threats to do it since I just went ahead and did it. Not sure how defaming using less than 10 fame is mass defame...

 

We have reviewed the evidence and unfortunately there is indeed threats for mass defamation. Unfortunately your ban will remain for 3 days.

 

I don't believe that this is justified based on 1. The fact that I'm not making threats to defame if I'm actually already defaming and 2. That i exceeded the allowable defamation limit.

Please provide the following to support the ban:

-Defamation limit
-Date of last change to the defamation policy
-Date that the individual who filed the report collected the evidence
-Date that the individual filed the report
-Evidence of the "mass defame" exceeding the allowable limit

We are not obligated to show you the evidence. To clarify, you got banned not because of mass defamation but harassment (threat to mass defame).

 

I'm not sure how it's considered a threat if I'm actually defaming the person. If I threatened to do it and never did then that's one thing, but I'm not sure how just actually going through with defaming them is an issue

 

Several other staffs have reviewed your case again. Unfortunately, your ban will be remained. I am locking the thread.
