IGN: iStyles Problem: lost shop items and lost mesos on sold shop items Details: Shop bug where I sold something in the shop and did not reset the shop before it expired. Issue started February 2nd and February 13th server check fixed the issue however, I have lost the items that were in my shop and all mesos. I have checked Fredrick, he says he has nothing for me. Items lost were clean and would be either ring of alchemist, facestompers, SCG or cs / ws that I was selling in the shop almost 2 months ago. I can not remember much more than this as those are the main items I would sel
It was most likely ring of alchemist and facestompers or stormcaster glove. I might have also had CS / WS in store for around 515m. For the other items it think would be around 1.1 B for the ring and facestomper maybe 630m or so
Oh also I am not exactly sure what the date was that my shop got bugged. It's hard to remember exactly but i think it was a few days or the day before i made the thread on the 2nd
I checked but im not able to find any of the items you mentioned and I havent been able to reproduce the issue so I cant help you unfortunately
This is surprising because the shop bug is a pretty common bug many others have reported. It only happens when someone sells something in their shop, and does not reset before the 24h expiration which means I definitely did lose items + mesos. When I was finally able to speak to Fredrick after the server check which fixes this bug, he did not have any items or mesos for me. I made the original thread on Feb 2nd in which point I basically had no shop for over a week waiting for a server check. I would think it would be quite easy to find my shop activity around that time since there was an extended period of time with zero activity after that since my char was bugged. Were you able to find any information around then?
