This is the only tradable earring with all main stats in the game that has a chance of the godly system being applied to it. Element Pierce is already a very rare drop, but because this is perfect STR and almost-perfect DEX, it is as end-game as it can be clean. Whoever offers on it is probably already at the point where it is cheaper for them to gain range from upgrading anything else but their WA gears, even if the c/o is at 18b right now!
