Reopening this thread due to recent dc issues possibly relating to our Host/DDoS Provider. As the issue doesn't affect everyone it is quite hard for us to pinpoint the issue. To help us diagnose the issue we will require traceroutes from users experiencing problems accessing the game and/or website. Traceroutes need to be done whilst you are experiencing problems. Traceroutes through a program called MTR are preferred. You can download MTR from http://winmtr.net/ for any operating system. The How-To page on MTR's website explains how to install and use the software. If you do not wish to use MTR you can follow the instructions below to provide us with a simple traceroute. How to do a traceroute in Windows: Open "cmd.exe", type "tracert 185.125.230.137" if you are having issues accessing the game. Or type "tracert royals.ms" if you are having issues accessing the website and press enter. Wait for the traceroute to stop. Then take a screenshot or copy and paste the traceroute into a post in this thread. How to do a traceroute in Mac/Linux: Open "terminal", type "traceroute 185.125.230.137" if you are having issues accessing the game. Or type "traceroute royals.ms" if you are having issues accessing the website and press enter. Wait for the traceroute to stop. Do you want MTRs, too? IGN: Linyah Time: 5:35 PM GMT, January 14th 2015 Problem: Lagspike prior to D/Cing (client closed, server check error). Lagspike didn't last very long (less than a minute), but I might've just D/C'd early.
Don't need MTR's. I have been online since the server came up and the longest lag spike I've seen was 2 seconds at most, and I didn't D/C =/ Can anyone else confirm there was a mass lag/dc at 5:35PM GMT?
This time it seems everyone is lagging. 7:36 PM GMT. (exactly 2 hours after my first post?? coincidence?) D/C'd afterwards.

Multiple lagspikes of ~3 seconds each around 20:19 ~ 20:21 server time. A slightly longer lagspike at 20:23
Not sure about this one, think I was in game at this time and didn't notice anything, and didn't hear about it anywhere else.
Dced Ch3 with my whole party at lmpq about 1:45-1:50 pst.It started lagging around 1:44 maybe also 2 of my party members said in chat they were lagging and then I dced. Was able to log back in at 1:48 on ch1. Also forgot to mention I am pst.

There was some lag/dc for me at least somewhere between 5-8am (server time). I'm not sure when exactly when. I was pretty tired and watching something while grinding. But dc'd a couple of times.
Laagg 11:11pm pst ch1 I think but I froze for 20 seconds maybe and dced. My friend and I were in a party together with another guy. I was leader and I dced and so did the other guy but my friend remained on. Guy in party ign: Alsoup. Friend who did not dc: DarkNeko
Lag + DC, 2-3 minutes ago. Me along with 2 other party members lost connection during CPQ. ~10:10 GMT
16:01 GMT server time, screen completely froze suddenly, no lagg beforehand. Already frozen for 10 minutes, still ongoing. Started 04:54- 04:57 dced a few times, same with a big part of the server. Lag spikes 06:23- 06:27. Lag, no lag spikes or dc, just slow. Noticed it at 14:37-14:42.
