Game Lagging for Malaysian players

The IP addresses as listed doesn't belong to you guys, they are IP address of the hops/server you need to pass through before reaching Royals

 

Yea, the IP address is needed to identify which hop is having issues

 

Based on your first censored screenshot, it started with RT something, that doesn't seems like your own IP address to me

 

As per the above results, there is data loss during the transfer from Malaysia > Royals which occurs at the France hop/server
Can't do anything from Royals side as we have confirmed the lag isn't caused by Royals

Can only advice to wait it out

 

Your case seems most serious, with loss % is around 40, also occurred at the France hop/server

Edit: would be good to run 100 'Sent' if you wanna see a more accurate results as you have only sent 13 times

Seems to be similar issue as some of the previous results, where your data loss (about 20% to 30%) occurred at the France hop
