Hello, my account was banned in October or December of last year, it wasn't banned on 2021-02-09 because before that my account was banned. I have followed the instructions but nevertheless I still cannot log into my account. I am waiting for an internal response about the reason for my ban and how I can recover my account. In spite of everything I have not voted abusive and I have never used hack. I hope to have an answer to my problem of my account.
