Your account was temporarily banned on 2021-02-09 to prevent malicious users from further accessing your account as they got your login ID and password from other sources online where you use the same login details, and used those in a credential stuffing attack. We suggest that you protect yourself from these types of attacks by never using the same login credentials anywhere online and looking into getting a password manager to stay organized in your daily online activities as you can never be too sure about the data security of the platforms that you use.
Aw I wasn't unbanned. The message still shows up. Maybe I forgot the account name that those characters were on i dunno. RIP

okay, been putting this off for a while.. because lazy or who knows anyways, yeah 2 months later and i feel like i want some more mesos + NX and more chars so try to reset my password. then i try to reset my pin, but it says i dont have 1 set then i tried logging in, 'This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection. Please check again." Now what? Also if this is somehow not the account that you're unbanning, I'd like to just check if the one I'm trying to login on is the same as what you're unbanning.
Your account is still locked from our end because you haven't changed your information. The unban process should be automated once you regain access to the account. Do you have your account ID and email address? You should be able to access the control panel and reset your password pic and pin codes.
I have my account ID and email address. Reset my password. I reset my PIC, but I still can't login. Still says 'This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection. Please check again." Don't have a PIN set on this account. Is that normal? Can't login so I can't reset it.
It might require a manual unban since it has been some time since the account was locked. I will ask an admin to look into it!
