My account was banned before 2021-02-09. I cannot enter my account since November or December 2020 (i dnt remember). What else can I do?

I did the rest of Tim's instructions but, i remember my account, my password and also my email. I was banned before on 2021-02-09 (ON NOVEMBER 2020 I THINK) for some other reason that I don't know yet.
