Update: - I have read the new notice and changed my password - For the PIN and PIC, they require me to log into the account to be able to set a new one so for the moment, I can not do that yet
Your account was temporarily banned on 2021-02-09 to prevent malicious users from further accessing your account as they got your login ID and password from other sources online where you use the same login details, and used those in a credential stuffing attack. Thank you for the response. I've changed the password via the control panel and try to log in again but I still get the message of "This account is blocked from logging in due to too many invalid PIN authentication attempts". The PIN and PIC I've already changed on Feb 10th as I mentioned earlier so I cannot set a new one. Thanks for the time

As mentioned, I've changed my password via the control panel but the problem is when I log in, the client shows the following message: "This account is blocked from logging in due to too many invalid PIN authentication attempts" so I cannot change my PIN and PIC. I do see that I'm not the only one who encountered this issue so I will wait for the fix. Thanks for the update
