Hi, I have managed to get access to my account and have verified the email, but when I try to log in after resetting the password/pin it says that the account is still banned or deleted?

Hi all, It has been brought to my attention that since I made a new acc to be able to play due to this issue I may be breaking the ban evasion rule. Since I was unable to log in to my old account when I came back I made a new one with username "******" char name "Callandor". I hope this does not violate any rule but I thought I should let you know ahead of time if it does indeed violate any rule.
