You don't appear to be banned, please restart your router a couple of times and try to log in again.

 

Hey Dasha, this has happened a couple times now. I’ve gotten the Ban message but it has been my routing causing the problem twice now. Is there a reason why? Maybe there’s something I can do to prevent this from happening in the future. Thank you

 

Hey there! It's a result of a power cycle of your router as it gets a different IP address and you are likely just trying to connect from a banned dynamic IP that someone else with the same ISP as you got banned on.

Unfortunately, there is not much you can do to avoid the miniature heart attack, If you ever experience the same issue just restart your router before making a ban appeal.

I’ve restarted my router couple times now and I’m still banned

 

Double checked none of the characters listed are banned.
