Hello, Just recently tried logging into my account after a while. It says that there have been too many pin attempts, and I must reset my password and pin to regain access? I know my pin and PIC, so maybe someone tried to login to my account? I would solve the issue with the instructions, however, I believe the email that is associated with that account is no longer existing. I still know my account password but I am in a loop with no way to reset my password. Is there a way I can be asked security questions or something to verify this is my account? Hello, I believe I put this in the wrong forum. I am not banned but my account is locked. To recover my account I must send the PW reset link to my email. I do not have access to that email for that account anymore.
