Closed IP Ban Appeal?

i don't know where to put this, but i get the banned message when i sign in with my VPN... i asked a GM in the chat if it was okay to play with a VPN on and they said yes, I don't use a public one i don't think. i use protonvpn. is there anything that can be done? sorry if this is in the wrong section. thank you.

Why do you think you got banned?: i think an ip my vpn is using got banned
