I have listed all my characters that are mine and that I actively play!

Im not sure why I have been banned for hacking because I don't even use a client or any sort. I know that I had to change VPN locations multiple times as from time to time, the IP would get banned and the only way I could log on is from other VPN locations. If I could get more information on this// be able to provide more, that would be appreciated.

A common issue I have found was that a lot of the VPN locations provided were banned and thus I was consistently required to change the location from where I log in from to even be able to play the game.

 

I highly doubt that there is any mistake about it as it's the characters you claim to own that were caught hacking.

 

I’m not sure what I can provide to prove I was not hacking. I have been playing Mapleroyals like any other player with no assistance from third party programs

Is there anything I can do to prove my innocence?
