IGN: Lilika, Lisswen Problem: NX and regular items + Mesos disappeared during a trade. Details: I traded some voter NX items along with some standard items and a little mesos to another character I had made today just for fun (Trade was Lilika > Lisswen). The trade completed but the window stating the success of the trade did not pop up, instead the trade window just... stood there. I waited for several minutes before cancelling the trade instead, then the "Trade was cancelled by the other player" window displayed, however Lilika who made the original trade did not receive the items back. I relogged and checked both characters as well as the cash shop, just to be sure, but the items/mesos are nowhere to be found. I have included a screenshot of what the screen looked like at the time of the trade issue. The items traded were as follows (In order of appearance on Trade window): Cleric Sheep Soulful Makeup Diamond Tiara Cloud Sea Outfit Twinkle Sparkle Transparent Glove Watermelon (x84) Lucky Charm (x60) 300,000 Mesos Please let me know what can be done. *I have edited the post to include an item I missed as well as the amounts of the items
Do you roughly recall the time (UTC) of this issue? For the stuff that went missing, is likely due to trading the pet, as pets are not meant to be tradable
EST Time that the trade ocurred was around 1:24PM (Peru time) so my UTC estimate would be 18:24. Thank you for letting me know, that's super valuable information and I won't make that mistake in the future.
