disconnection after character selection...

i can't use my WiFi to run the game, i can log in, but after choosing the character, it shows that 'unable to connect to the game server'. And i tried Register IP on the website, it still didn't work. my firewall is closed already and i use Mac.

Also, the most strange thing is, i can run the game with my phone's hotspot , but it's too slow, hope you can tell me what should i do!!! thanks.

 

That message means the IP you are connecting with does not match the one on your account. Have you tried registering IP without connecting to the hotspot and making sure you aren't using a proxy?

 

since i check on whatismyip.com, it says i am using a proxy, but on my mac internet proxy setting. i didn't see that anywhere i am using a proxy. so how can i change it？
