Hey there have reset my pic pin and pw but im still unable to log into my account pretty sure i wasnt banned im not sure what the problem is i have not played the game in years just trying to play again.

ps i have not played in that long i dont remember my character names

Hey there im unsure of my character names as i have not played for that long ive asked for help on discord and a forum mod told me to put a post up here to get my situation fixed im sure im not banned but hes asked me to post here so ive done as asked.

yes i remember my account id and pw and pin and pic and ive reset the pw pic and pin but keep getting the same message that ive made too many attempts to log in i have put up a post in technical support aswell because i was unable to put up a screenshot of the message i got here
