both got banned i think cuz my younger brother also play the game form same house
i get this msg when i try to log in : that id has been deleted or blocked from conecttion

 

Could you please list all your character names? If possible, please also let us have your brother's.

I suppose you meant Zorosanji. You (and your brother) were permanently banned for vote abuse unfortunately.

Players in the same household are only entitled to 8k nx a day altogether, unless you have applied for voting whitelist and have it approved. Vote abuse is against terms and conditions of the game which you and your brother agreed to when creating the accounts. As much as we empathise your situation, your ban will unfortunately remain.
