but its not normal that the voting keeps refreshing even when i didn't vote using 4G but instead vote on computer it says i've already voted right ??
Gtop100 sometimes recognize a network already voted despite no vote was made for the day yet Is either Gtop100 acting weirdly, or the IP address was already used by someone else for the vote as some ISP assigns dynamic IP address to the users
