I guess that playing on the same IP adress was the cause... which i didn't know i couldn't do since i play with my younger brothers at home. Ban message when attempting to log in: ''This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection'' I have spent this last week and a half mostly playing mapleroyals with my friend to reach the 4th job. I would like to enjoy this game some more...
Hi there, Yes, this is my only IGN. As i mentioned before, i have 2 younger brothers also playing Mapleroyals with the same IP adress, since we live in the same house. Thanks
That explains it! You have been permanently banned for major vote abuse as stated in the voting rules you are only allowed to vote once per day or apply to the whitelist.
Can i still apply to the white list ? And get my account back ? I have followed the rules by just voting once per 24 hours with my personnal account... I will also tell my brothers to apply for that white list which we didnt know existed
Unfortunately, the number of votes made from the same connection made the ban permanent and irreversible.
As I said before, i went visiting a friend of mine whose characters are : SakuraElle and Untouched... I don’t think i’ve been massively voting. Ive been there from march 24 to april 3rd, look before that period if ive been massively voting.
The amount voted justifies a permanent ban, sorry for the inconvenience as there is not much that can be done considering this ban is permanent.
