Closed ID blocked after year long hiatus from playing

Last thing: got 4th job and went to skeles then stopped playing for a year
Why do I think: after a year of no use account got hacked and was banned by GMs to stop further damages
Ban Message: ID has been removed or blocked from connection

Please help I just want to play after a long time
