Closed Ban Appeal

    All Your Character Names: Calradian, Nynaeve, Semirhage, Demandred, Eshonai, Contemptuous, Traitorous, Amphibious, Verbatim, Unerring, Carbonize
    Note: Not all of my accounts are blocked. These are all (that I can remember right now) of the characters on accounts that I do not have access to at the moment. If you need IGNs of characters that I DO have access to please let me know.

    Last thing you did: I logged onto my main account today and noticed that I had been hacked. My mesos had been emptied and someone spent all of my NX on AP Resets. I then went through and checked my other accounts, and a few of them were blocked.

    Why do you think you got banned?: I believe it's related to the recent security breach. I assume my accounts were closed to protect them.

    Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection.

    Your account was temporarily banned on 2021-02-09 to prevent malicious users from further accessing your account as they got your login ID and password from other sources online where you use the same login details, and used those in a credential stuffing attack.     We have changed your password for your own protection. We wont provide this password to you.
    In order to play again you need to:
    - Go to www.royals.ms/controlpanel and choose the 'FORGOT PASSWORD?' feature to reset your password by email (keep in mind the control panel is case sensitive). Do not set your password back to what it was before.
    - Log in on the control panel with the new password you registered and reset your PIN (email verification is required for this step which is also done in the control panel).
    - You should now be able to log in on the game client and set up your new PIN to then start playing again!


    If for some reason you're unable to remember your email or lost access to the email you signed up with, and are unable to recover that email from your email provider you can:

    EMAIL RECOVERY
    1) Your character names (IGN):
    2) The date of birth associated with your account (DD-MM-YYYY):
    3) The email addresses you think might be associated with your account:
    4) Your account username (Game Login ID):
    5) The last time you played:
    Only choose this option as a last resort after you have tried all the email addresses you can think of that you might have used. Processing these requests will take a long time so really give it your all before you follow these steps.


    We have restored the accounts that were accessed by the malicious users back to a state before the malicious users logged in on them to restore your mesos and items because we noticed brute force attempts on PINs with the help of a bot net. Extra security measures to prevent brute forces have been put in place since 2021-02-09.

    Cyber security is very important as malicious internet users are at an all time high in 2021. We suggest that you protect yourself from these types of attacks by never using the same login credentials anywhere online and looking into getting a password manager to stay organized in your daily online activities as you can never be too sure about the data security of the platforms that you use.

    I've reset my passwords and PINs, but I am still unable to log in to the game on those accounts.
    I've seen the messages on the other appeals saying you're working on solutions, so no hurry.
    Just figured I'd let you know I have the same problem. Thanks for your help!

    I've followed Tim's instructions and am still unable to log into my accounts. I've tried resetting the passwords/PIN multiple times in the control panel on the website.
    I noticed other people got a message about "too many PIN attempts" or something, but I never saw a message like that.
    When I try to log on through the client I just get: "This is an ID that had been deleted or blocked from connection."

    Also, in the post you say that the banned accounts are reset to a time before they were accessed by the malicious users, but the account that I lost mesos/NX on was never banned. Am I SOL?

    Heya! Since there are many tools given to you to ensure account security it isn't within our responsibility to recover such losses. With that being said the staff has actively taken steps to compensate players when there is an option to do so and if your loss is documented I recommend you make a thread here, including screenshots and what happened in as much detail as possible.
